Job Title: Procurement Manager Location: New York, USA Reporting to: Group Head of Procurement About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to support our growing US operations. Based in New York, this role will focus on clinic-related procurement, supporting construction projects, sourcing equipment and materials, and managing supplier and logistics relationships. The role combines day-to-day procurement with opportunities to support longer-term procurement strategy as the business expands. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiations, and purchase order management. Support clinic construction projects by sourcing materials such as metal frameworks, beds, and facility equipment. Procure low-value medical devices (e.g. ECG and blood pressure monitors). Manage supplier relationships and support logistics coordination, including third-party logistics providers. Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to support clinic development. Candidate Profile Procurement generalist with experience across areas such as facilities, construction, electromechanical sourcing, or logistics. Comfortable working in a fast-growing company or SME environment. Strong supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills. ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential).
