What you'll work on AI-native features - LLM pipelines, RAG systems, embeddings, and agents that are core to the product, not side projects A compound platform with deep AI functionality and a fast, polished UX Real-time backend systems processing emails, meetings, Slack, and product data Frontend in Vue.js and TypeScript with our own real-time sync engine and custom component library Prototypes and features built directly with customers - no PM layer We use AI coding agents heavily in our workflow. You should too. Must-haves 3+ years shipping product at startups. You've built things from scratch and owned them end-to-end. Strong full-stack skills in TypeScript/JavaScript. Vue.js or React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend. Solid PostgreSQL knowledge - efficient queries, performance tuning. Genuine excitement about applied AI. You follow what's happening in the space and have opinions about where it's going. Experience with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) - not just dabbling, but actually shipping faster with them. Good product instincts. You care about UX details and have opinions about what makes software great.
