What you will own
- Turn messy customer problems into clear experiences for agentic workflows, human and AI collaboration, and intelligence dashboards.
- Take core workflows from rough concept to a polished, shipped product.
- Create flagship brand, web, advertising, and launch work that drives commercial outcomes.
- Build one design system spanning the product and every marketing surface.
- Define a motion language and AI-enabled creative workflow that can scale.
- Work directly with founders, engineers, customers, and specialists while owning the quality of what ships.
The bar
- Your portfolio shows exceptional craft in complex or data-heavy software.
- You have designed human-in-the-loop AI systems and understand how people and agents should collaborate.
- You bring deep craft in at least one discipline, plus strong product, brand, and web judgment.
- You move quickly and use AI for range and speed without surrendering authorship or quality.
This will probably not suit you if
You need a perfectly written brief before getting started or consider your work finished at the Figma handoff.
