HR Operations & Compliance Partner (f/m/x)

Over the years, Otovo has developed a marketplace and digital tools that allow customers to quickly receive offers for solar installations. With our technology, we efficiently connect customers and installers to make solar energy more accessible across Europe. Role overview We are looking for an HR Operations & Compliance Partner to support and scale our HR infrastructure in Europe while contributing to broader global initiatives. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of HR Operations and compliance, working closely with leadership to ensure we operate efficiently and in line with local labor laws in a fast-paced environment. What you will do Own and improve HR operations and processes in Europe, especially Italy or Poland Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations Support workforce planning and organizational changes Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Handle employee relations topics (disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.) Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and policies Support audits and ensure overall HR compliance Drive process improvements and support HR projects What we are looking for 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, or Generalist roles Strong knowledge of labor law Experience in employee relations and compliance topics Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Fluent in Italian or Polish Fluency in English required Why join us Hybrid work setting Up to 4 weeks of remote work during summer Corporate benefits Norwegian company culture An international team and a mission that truly matters Otovo is a mission-driven company with an innovative culture that values employee well-being and professional development.
