Role Overview We are looking for a Norwegian/ Swedish-speaking Technical Service Specialist to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will ensure the technical quality and performance of our solar installations in the Scandinavian market, acting as a key point of contact between customers, field teams, and manufacturers. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to solar installations • Diagnose issues and coordinate remote or on-site interventions • Manage warranty processes with manufacturers and partners • Coordinate with technicians and service providers to ensure timely resolution • Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service quality Your Profile • Fluent in Norwegian/ Swedish and good level of English • Technical background (engineering, technical support, or similar) • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment • Ideally first experience in renewable energy and solar technology What We Offer • Private health care • Optional private pension fund • Free language classes • Hybrid work model • Up to 4 weeks of remote work per year • International and fast-growing environment • Salary, depending on experience, between 23.000-28.000€ 📍 Location: Madrid If you are interested in joining a purpose-driven company in the renewable energy sector, we would be happy to hear from you.
