Tasks
We are looking for Enterprise Account Executives who can own a full sales cycle into tier-1 European banks, payments providers, and regulated enterprises. You will work directly with the founding team on every major deal; help shape the go-to-market playbook as we build it and be one of the first sellers in our new London hub.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Building and owning a named-account territory - from cold outreach to signed contract
Running multi-stakeholder enterprise deals across compliance, technology, and C-suite buyers
Surfacing feature requirements, pricing signals, and competitive intel directly to our product team
Representing spektr at industry events and partner meetings across London and Europe
Requirements
5+ years in enterprise sales into financial services - banking, payments, insurance, or regulated fintech
Experience selling compliance, data, workflow, or platform products
Fluency navigating complex sales cycles with multiple internal stakeholders
Know how to build credibility with senior buyers in regulated or technical domains
Are humble, coachable, and ambitious, with a strong growth mindset
At least one stop at an early-stage company - you can and are excited to work in a startup environment
Fluency in a second European language (German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a genuine advantage
Willing to relocate to London
This role is not the right fit if you have only sold into challenger or neo-banks, if you need a mature SDR team before you can get going, or if you prefer to wait for problems to be flagged rather than surface them yourself.
