About the role
At Wolt, we’re looking for an Account Specialist to join our Retail team - an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who’s ready to take ownership of their own portfolio and drive partner performance.
In this role, you’ll independently manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners, focusing on improving performance, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong day-to-day relationships. You’ll use data to guide your decisions and play a key role in delivering results for both our partners and Wolt.

What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized retail partners on a day-to-day basis
Monitor partner performance and take action to improve key metrics
Prepare and lead regular check-ins with partners, sharing insights and actionable recommendations
Identify opportunities to grow partner performance and execute on agreed actions
Support partners in using Wolt tools such as campaigns, promotions, and ads effectively
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Support to solve partner needs
Plan and execute campaigns together with partners to drive orders and engagement
Use data to track results and adjust your approach based on what works
Proactively suggest ways to improve partner visibility and performance on the platform
Contribute to team initiatives and support less experienced team members when relevant
Our humble expectations
1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or another partner-facing role in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt your message to different audiences
Comfortable working independently, while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate when needed
Strong relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to connect with partners and colleagues
Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into simple, actionable insights
Structured and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
Proactive and hands-on - you take initiative and get things done
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to share knowledge and support others
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is a plus
