RELEX Solutions is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate pipeline growth across North America. This is an opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional to play a critical role in driving new business opportunities with some of the world’s leading retailers and consumer brands.
As a strategic partner to our Account Executives, you’ll leverage modern prospecting techniques, data-driven outreach, and industry insights to engage senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and create qualified pipeline for our sales organization. Responsibilities include:
Targeted outbound demand generation: Identifying and contacting stakeholders in your target account list via emails, phone calls, and social media to drive awareness of how RELEX can help solve their unique challenges.
Engage and qualify outbound and inbound sales leads with the objective of scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales team.
Cooperate closely with the regional sales team to support the growth of the sales pipeline through targeted prospecting activities.
Research your list of target accounts, the key stakeholders within them, and the most relevant intent signals to craft and deliver personalized and compelling messaging.
Support regional marketing initiatives, industry events, webinars, and follow-up campaigns to drive engagement and opportunity creation.
We’re looking for:
2+ years of Business Development, Sales Development, or inside sales experience within a SaaS, software, or technology company.
Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Experience engaging director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling, business-focused messaging.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospecting initiatives simultaneously.
A proactive, resilient mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Experience working in a collaborative sales environment and partnering closely with Account Executives.
What we consider as an advantage:
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise account-based selling strategies.
Understanding of retail’s core processes (supply chain, merchandising, and store operations).
Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
Sales or Business Development experience.
